Shipping policy

Hey there loves! We’ve worked hard to ensure that all U.S. orders ship for a $9 flat rate—even orders to Alaska and Hawaii! All orders over $150 ship FREE!

Karter L’Rose Candles are packed and shipped from Brentwood, CA 7–10 business days after you place your order. PLEASE ALLOW 10-12 BUSINESS DAYS DURING HOLIDAY AND PEAK SEASONS

Once you submit your order, an email confirmation will be delivered to your inbox to confirm your order completion. When your hand-poured candles are headed your way, you will receive a second email with package tracking information. It’s that easy!

We currently ship within the United States. 

Orders within the U.S. ship for $9 flat rate . Karter L'Rose candles are hand-poured in small batches and can be expected to process  7-10 business days after placing your order. AK and HI may require additional processing time. All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS.

 

All stated average shipping times assume no delays in transit. We take extreme care in packaging your candles to protect them from weather and possible damage during transit. However, in extreme hot or cold conditions, we recommend minimizing the time your package stays outside (on a doorstep).
